In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to update you on what is going on in our clinic.

Everyone here at Eau Claire Park Dental is healthy and happy to continue looking after your oral health needs during this time. We have always and continue to comply with the hospital level Alberta Dental Association and College Infection Prevention & Control standards. We are up to the minute with the Alberta Health Services COVID-19 pandemic bulletins. We have increased the frequency of our disinfection protocols for our waiting room and washroom. Our treatment areas continue to be completely disinfected between patients.

We ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment if:

  • You are experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, sore throat, muscle aches, vomiting or diarrhea.
  • You have travelled outside of the country after March 12th or been to Italy, Iran, China or South Korea before March 12th (we will reschedule to a minimum of 14 days following as long as you remain symptom free).
  • We are ensuring any team members stay home if they have had known COVID-19 exposure or are symptomatic. We may need to reschedule your appointment with short notice if one of us starts to feel unwell.

We understand that dental emergencies may arise. Should there be need for immediate treatment, we have policies and protocols in place in accordance with the Alberta Dental Association & College and Alberta Health Services to minimize potential exposure and reduce risk of spreading the virus.
